Random thoughts and Ramblings of the Clock Man

As I sit in my new work shop and realize I need more room to complete the projects that I currently have scheduled and "in my head" The thoughts just keep running and running with new projects jumping into my thought stream, running down my left arm and are being entered onto paper for later consideration/expansion.

I currently have the following projects in the works:

Reset of the new clock shop to allow for easier flow and greater production (I just moved into it and I am already crowded) and to re-establish the electroplating/metal refinish portion of my clock business

I am working on a coloring book for the kids that visit the "clock man" and his shop.  I have found the software I wanted that will transform my pictures into line art for easy coloring.  Look for this by 4th quarter

Design and install new signage for out by the road to draw more attention to the shop yet be easily read while traveling at 50mph.  I will be incorporating a traffic signal that was Salvaged from the Ambassador Bridge in Detroit that will be the Open/Closed part of the new signage.

Expansion of the clock shop into another building on our farm so that we may begin production of all wood works 14th century style clocks as well as on several upcycled clocks that will have a trademarked and patented movement of my design.

Expanding the stock of clocks to have available for the three show I do a year
Mother Earth Fair, Seven Springs, PA
Harmony, PA German Christmas Market
Old Economy Village, Christmas in the Village

The clock shop has certainly been blessed to be very busy!  We have expanded house calls to 5 days a week and I am working 6-7 days a week, 80 hours or more just to keep up.  I could not be more pleased.  I am working on a published book of all of my clock stories and tales and hope to have that published within the next year.

I want to thank the thousands of visitors we get to the blog each month and look forward to many more years to come with all of you!

God Bless all of you and thank you!
